Who we are

This website is operated by Kross Mercury Nigeria Limited, Lagos, Nigeria (“Kross Mercury”, “we”). You can contact us about privacy at info@krossmercury.com.

Information you send us

When you use the project enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, business email, company name, the service you’re interested in, your project description, and, if you choose to add them, your website or social profile and an approximate budget. The form sends these details to us by email and also saves a copy in our website’s password-protected admin area, so no enquiry is lost. We also receive whatever you include if you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.

We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if we work together, deliver it. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Information collected automatically

The website doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and protect the site.

Our pages load the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google to fetch the font. Google’s handling of this data is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Visitors browsing the site aren’t given tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and manage any project that follows, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@krossmercury.com. Depending on where you live, data protection law, including Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023, may give you further rights.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
